Are your garments made to order?

Yes. Every Elijah James Resort wear piece is thoughtfully crafted especially for your order. This allows us to maintain exceptional quality while reducing unnecessary waste.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow approximately 8–15 business days for your order to be carefully produced, prepared, and delivered. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. Since each garment is made to order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizes selected during checkout.

Do the colors look exactly the same as online?

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen settings and lighting.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders may be changed or cancelled only before production begins. Once production has started, we are unable to make changes because each garment is made specifically for you.
